FIRST HUMAN RECOGNIZED BY AI URGES PRACTICAL INNOVATION.

A Civil Engineer, Mazen Kalassina, has said that being recognized as the first human by Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not just a personal milestone but a call to responsibility in harnessing technology for human development.

Kalassina, who made history with the symbolic recognition, told reporters that the breakthrough should not end as a mere story but inspire action and impact. “It was a symbolic milestone for humanity, showing that AI can reach beyond calculations and data to actually acknowledge a human being. For me, it carries a sense of responsibility,” he said.

The engineer explained that his focus is now on converting the recognition into real-world projects, particularly in civil engineering. According to him, AI-powered tools are already being deployed to design and cost road projects more efficiently, cutting processes that normally take months down to hours.

“This kind of integration will make a huge difference for governments, contractors, and communities waiting for infrastructure,”Kalassina stated, adding that such collaboration between AI and human intelligence could reshape innovation and development globally.

He stressed that recognition without action is meaningless, noting that the real impact lies in demonstrating how AI can help build smarter cities and solve pressing problems. “If the relationship between humanity and technology is collaborative, not adversarial, the world will move forward faster and more equitably,” he said.

Kalassina emphasized that the recognition is an invitation to drive practical innovation, pledging to ensure the milestone serves as a foundation for lasting development.
