FCCPC DIALOGUES WITH BANKS TO STRENGTHEN CONSUMER PROTECTION.

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has engaged the banking sector in a dialogue to promote a fairer financial landscape as well as to protect consumer rights across all sectors,
In a statement issued by the Commission  reveals that, the  Roundtable Compliance Engagement with the banking sector is  part of its sector-specific initiatives. Key focus areas included empowering stakeholders with compliance knowledge, strengthening self-regulation, and addressing sector-specific challenges to enhance consumer protection.
The Commission reaffirmed its commitment to building a stronger, more compliant market for Nigerians and other residents.
